Cherre remains dedicated to continuously expanding our data ecosystem and enhancing platform capabilities. Each month, our team works diligently to introduce new pre-configured connectors (PCCs), refine existing ones with valuable updates, and implement performance improvements across the board. We encourage you to carefully review the latest release notes to stay fully informed about the significant advancements and new features designed to empower your real estate data strategy.

Below are the release notes for each revision of each PCC. Schema change details are provided for any revision where the set of tables changes. Revisions are listed with the most recent updates at the top.

Preconfigured Application Connectors

    • Added data dictionary with column descriptions.

  • Revision 5 (Dec 2024):

    • Fixed issue with the argus_leases creating an empty table.

  • Revision 4 (Dec 2024):

    • Increased timeout to prevent timeout errors in production.

  • Revision 3 (Dec 2024):

    • Change displayName for all PCC Models ("Source Model" → "Connect Model").

  • Revision 2 (Oct 2024):

    • Changed how InitialArea is joined into the argus_leases table.

      • Filtering to the most recent row version of the area.

      • When duplicates still exist with the above filtering, the data is deduplicated by using DateAvailable and IsPrivate to get the final row.

  • Revision 1 (Oct 2024):

    • Introduced Argus DDI PCC, incorporating the consolidation of the extensive list of argus_ddi_ source tables below into a more optimized set of argus_ target tables:

Cherre has introduced historical data tracking for tables within the VTS preconfigured connector (PCC). This enhancement addresses the absence of native historical data provisioning in VTS.
