Kensington Frame Data Flow

Why It Matters: To perform robust analysis, Kensington Frame system requires a complete and highly accurate dataset for every property. This workflow ensures the data foundation in that system is solid, preventing errors in downstream analysis and reporting.

How It Works: This is a two-step process that combines automation with essential human oversight. First, an automated process imports all available property data directly from deal management system, DealCloud. This captures the majority of the required information. However, to ensure 100% completeness, business users then review this data and fill in any missing information using a manual input form called the "Gap List."

Key Data & Transformations:

  • Data Sources: DealCloud, Gap List (Manual Input).

  • Key Data: Property attributes and characteristics.

Detailed Transformations:

  • Data Merging: The automated data feed from DealCloud is programmatically merged with the data entered manually into the Gap List to create a single, comprehensive record for each property.

End Result: The data loaded into Kensington Frame is guaranteed to be both accurate and complete. This establishes a reliable and trusted dataset for all subsequent analysis and reporting performed within that platform.
